Empowerment Package
This $350 package includes full access to the Birth Restored Christian faith-based childbirth education course. The course is offered in a hybrid format over five weeks we will meet in person on weeks 1, 3, and 5 and then you will have access to the course online for weeks 2 and 4. One-on-one for you and your partner is available upon request for $450.
Doula Package
This $1200 package includes 2 in-depth prenatal visits, unlimited labor support, and a 2-hour postpartum visit. I recommend this package to clients who have already experienced birth before and have a good understanding of what to expect or to clients who have already taken a birth class.
Deluxe Package
This $1400 package includes the Birth Restored Childbirth Education hybrid group class as well as, 2 in-depth prenatal visits, unlimited hours of labor support, and a 2-hour postpartum visit. This package is great for first-time parents, or mom’s hoping to have a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean), or those who want to become empowered to achieve natural childbirth.

What do prenatal visits, labor support, and postpartum appointments look like?
Prenatal Visits
I do in-home prenatal visits because getting to know each other before the big day is key to everyone feeling at ease and creating an atmosphere of calm and peace during labor. We will also go over important aspects of birth, and childbirth education. Additionally, this is a great time to practice coping mechanisms and labor positions that will help you and baby work together for a faster and smoother labor that involves less interventions.
Labor Support
It’s BIRTHDAY (almost)! Although this time is exciting, many moms become discouraged when appears to be going on and on and it’s more painful then expected. This is where I help keep Mom and Dad (special support person) focused and at peace. Keeping the experience positive, peaceful, joyful, and is what I aspire to in my work as a doula. With my knowledge and experience in childbirth and labor, I can help guide families through things that may come up during the birth. During labor, I will do everything I can to help mom make her birth plan a reality. Sometimes I may offer suggestions on when to transfer to your birthing location after you have labored at home. I may also suggest different labor positions that will allow you and baby work together as effectively as possible, and work alongside your partner to put into practice the coping measures and soothing touch we have learned together during our prenatal visits. As your doula, I will be there for you and your partner through all the way till your beautiful baby comes into the world.
Postpartum Visit
Within the first couple weeks after baby arrives, I will come and visit you not just as your doula but as your friend. During this time I will help you process your birth story; help with light housework; baby care; breastfeeding assistance if needed; emotional support; and more.
24/7 On-Call Support
From the moment you sign my contract, till you have your baby, I will be available 24/7 to answer any of your questions and concerns by phone, text, or email.
